    로투스 쿠키를 넣어 풍미가 좋은 시트와 크림으로 로투스 생크림 케이크를 만들었어요~
    과자를 넣어 케이크를 만들면 어떨까 싶어 만들어 봤는데 생각보다 너무 맛있어서 깜짝 놀랐어요~^^
    케이크 시트, 크림, 장식에 모두 로투스 쿠키를 사용해 달콤하고 고소해서 맛있더라구요~
    간단하지만 색다르게 즐길 수 있는 케이크인 것 같아요~

    크 드디어 100만 구독자 달성하셨네요!! ㅎㅎㅎ
    제가 우울하고 마음이 많이 아팠던 시절에 처음 접하고 그냥 걱정없이 계속 맛있는 케이크 영상 감상하던 채널이었는데...

      How did the recipe work for you? I baked this cake, using the EXACT same ingredients, the EXACT same methods, and I cooked it at EXACTLY the time and temperature specified. However, my cake did NOT fluff up NEARLY as much as this one, and I could barely get 2 layers out of it, definitely not 3. I did the EXACT things shown, I don't know why did mine not work correctly? :(

    오~~ 얼마전에 cu에서 로투스 케이크라는것 먹었는데요, 맨밑에 빵은 티라미수처럼 에소프레소에 뭍어있었고, 커피맛나는 생크림이 층층히 쌓은다음 쿠킹트리님 처럼 위에는 로투스 과자를 부셔서 올려서 마무리했더라고요 그거 진짜 맛있었어요!! 그래서 친구하고 이건 티라미수 로투스 버전이다 하고 좋아했는데 먹자마자 쿠킹트리님 영상이 올라오니 짱신기해요 ㅎㅎ

    I made this cake yesterday for my aunt's birthday and it the taste was good honestly. Although the cake I made was quite hard on bottom and soft and fluffy on the top it was alright, its just the texture of the cake wasn't so pleasant if I say so myself. It's not the recipe's fault but mine since I didnt know how to make a proper cake for anyone whose wondering lol 😭 but if anyone wants to know, I used a 7 inch (18 cm) cake pan since I wanted it to be bigger so I searched on Google on how to measure the recipe into the cake pan size I wanted and the first website I came across said multiply 1.36 with the original recipe so I did (ex: 140g x 1.36 = 190.4g [same goes with the other ingredients]) but still felt like it wasn't enough batter to make it a 3 layer cake (or maybe I did something wrong LOL) it ended up being a 2 layered cake (because it wasn't so fluffy like cooking tree's)
    I wasn't satisfied with two layers only so I made another cake.
    The whole cake is a 4 layered cake lol 💀 but I *think* if you want to make this cake using a 7 inch (18 cm) pan size, I feel like you should multiply the ingredients with 1.44 ←(from another website I saw) instead or double the original recipe (I'm *not* a professional, I'm just a fool that doesn't know how to bake 💀). The baking time for me was 35 minutes, same like this recipe. I hope this was helpful to someone who's trying to find answers to these questions lol
    Other than that, this cake taste really good its just that I need to learn on how to bake more lol. But mistakes are bound to happen when you're a beginner 😅 I'm just sharing my experience 😄

    흑 ㅠㅠ 시도해봤는데 섞으면서 계란거품을 다 죽였는지 제누와즈는 떡이되고 생크림도 과자 섞으니까 너무 되직하게 되서 아이싱도 실패했어요ㅠㅠㅠ. 다음주에 또 다시 도전해봐야겠어요!! 그땐 성공하길 ㅠㅠㅠ 그래도 맛은 완전 맛있었어요!!!😍 성공하면 더 맛있겠죠?ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

      @FoolishStrawberry Whipped cream is a colloid, or a foam made from air + the cream/other ingredients. Unlike buttercream, which is much more structurally sound due to the stiff butter or shortening, whipped cream can only hold up an airy froth so long before collapsing under its own weight. Temperature, other ingredients & technique will help determine the longevity. Sorry if I overexplained, lol

      저는 매일우유 동물성 휘핑크림 사용하고 있어요~~
      휘핑하는 시간은 생크림 양에 따라 다르지만 4~5분 정도 걸리는 것 같아요~^^
