So, they probably wanted a larger price from Samsung for the GPU's. Samsung might just be doing as a cost cutting measure like they do with their Exynos chips. Samsung probably thinks their in-house GPU is a good enough replacement.
If its just a rehash of the same phone then im either keeping my s21 ultra or switching to pixel or oneplus. Im tired of paying exorbitant sum for incremental upgrades. Atleast google and oneplus aren't delusional about their pricing.

I think its the matt screen on s24 that kills the quality. When I move to iphone 14pro from Flip4, Flip 4 screen was way more sharper and clear. I hated it. But Now Samsung is using matt screen that is messing with the screen vividness. That was bad choice
What they need to do is get together with the game developer's and optimize these games on the s24ultra to its highest standards fir real forget about s25ultra fix these issues with the s23ultra & s24ultra seriously

The main game changer I’m looking for to is how much zoom performance. I currently have the iPhone 15 Pro Max and it certainly a nice phone but the lack of significant zoom power is why I had left for Samsung the first time and why I will probably return again. Being visually impaired I have found that Samsung enables enlarging text on more apps And simply all around a superior phone for me. I’m sure the zoom will be at least 50 times but if it’s 100 times I guarantee I will buy it. The possibility of 3000 nets brightness is something that has me salivating as my iPhone 15 Pro Max still isn’t quite bright enoughfor my purposes. If the iPhone 16 promax comes out and blows me away it’s possible but more than likely the 25 ultra is in my future. Keep up the great reports, you have a friend in Columbus Ohio!

They've found a formula that works in hardware and battery design. So there probably won't be any changes for a very long time until ppl get comfortable with or just accept weird or interesting design features again. The only companies I keep seeing doing interesting things with their phones are Chinese and gaming devices now. Sad times

No...S23ultra is best...S24ultra suffers from the grainy display issue or mura effect available in the low brightness in dark mode that has not been fixed with the latest software updates even indicating a hardware issue.
From the S23 Ultra there will be 0 point to upgrade to this. They need to upgrade the telephoto 3x, fix the 5x opitcal up to 100 quality, upgrade the main sensor to 320 or 400 MP and do 65 watt and 5500 mah at least.
I have s23 ultra, but my brother got an s24 ultra. And its way better than my s23 ultra on everything... Cant even imagined how much better is gonna be s25 ultra... Still maybe im gonna stay with s23 ultra...
Meh I've used it too. Not a huge difference. Definitely can't justify upgrading without all cameras being different and a bigger battery and faster charging. Just higher brightness, faster processor, anti reflective display, and a downgrade in the Zoom are not worth it.

Camera quality is beyond poor. Zoom is just unusable at 20/30x So hearing samsung wont be changing much up and just tweaking stuff is a dreadful decision! people will walk away from samsung my self included.
