Thanks for the share ….. I’ve learned 7 star mantis and always thought it has connections with Taoist or deeper wisdom . One story I’ve heard is Mantis originally from Taoists as Tai Chi and latter promoted as a Shaolin style as it started to incorporates conditioning etc from Shaolin training . What ever the truth is , I like to hear and learn more …..
