City of tears hits me in al the right ways. It’s like rediscovering hollow knight for the first time all over again and o don’t say this lightly. Really can’t wait for the silksong and the feeling of discovering hollow knight again. Best feeling I’ve ever experienced (even better than sex)
It’s also the feeling of reaching the capital of this ruined kingdom of hallownest and how it was hyped up for a good bit for it to be paid off 10 fold. And every time I hear the tune I remember it paying off. And so in silksong when there’s a whole civilisation at play I really hope I can get immersed in the world again

Eso es exactamente cómo me pasó a mi, saliendo de los páramos fúngicos pensando qué Hollow Knight iba a ser uno de esos juegos qué, juegas, lo terminas, y te olvidas de ellos y listo, pero no, entrar a la Ciudad de Lágrimas por primera vez, es chocante para cualquier jugador de cualquier edad y de cualquier ámbito (casual, o gamer por así decirlo), saber qué no es un simple juego de bichitos en unos túneles qué alguna vez fueron habitados, fué de los mayores giros de tuerca qué experimenté en un videojuego, y lo mejor de todo, NI SIQUIERA FUÉ UN GIRO DE TRAMA, saber qué es, además un juego Metroidvania, un juego qué realmente te transmite emociones a través de absolutamente todo lo qué abarca, de una manera tan perfecta y natural, es increíble. Me he pasado éste juego hace un año, y aún me acuerdo del momento en el qué llegué a esta zona, y más específicamente, la estatua del Hollow Knight original, ver el agua cayendo, las estatuas de fondo, las lámparas, los edificios, el puente, el río, me impresionó e hizo preguntarme ¿Qué ocultarán todos esos sitios qué no podemos acceder?, y sobretodo ¿Qué hay más allá del reino más alla de las zonas explorables? Fué algo qué jamás me pasó en un videojuego sin importar qué tan bueno haya sido. Para aquél qué aún no haya probado Hollow Knight, por favor, hazte un favor y juega ésto, te aseguro qué no será un juego más añadido en tu biblioteca de juegos, será algo más especial, un juego qué conecta contigo, un juego qué transmite emociones y una histroria súper interesante, y muy bien desarrollada. No esperes personajes ultra mega marcados, la historia no se compone de eso. La historia se nutre de ABSOLUTAMENTE todos esos personajes, arcos de éstos mismos, tabletas, descripciones de objetos, los propios objetos, zonas, diseño y soundtrack de estas mismas, y jefes para narrarte su historia, y lo hace de una manera increíblemente buena y natural.
