Nice Sean! I was just over there again for 3 weeks. Back in US yesterday. There are other crazy areas of town as well. You must see Soi 6, in my opinion the wildest street. LK Metro, Soi Buakao, Treetown as well. But as you said, Pattaya offers a lot more than just nightlife and girls. Many families over their visiting. But make no mistake, Pattaya as a whole makes Vegas look like a church camp. Enjoy !
Greg thanks for the great comment. Sounds like you have a lot of knowledge about this place, I will have to check these places out. I did see the other tree town and it was also crazy.
Hi Sean, thanks for this video comparison of the Famous Walking Street. There certainly was a lot more people and activity at your second visit. It is certainly very colorful with all the bright lights and bling. I must say that with all of the people crowded so close together, everyone seemed well behaved and respectful. It was a surprise to see the person on stilts with the Skeleton costume. Do you happen to know if there is some significance to the costume? Maybe it was part of the theme for the celebration that evening. I would think that all of the boats in the water had groups of people celebrating on them as well.
