I hate that bug, it's completely random if it'll effect your game and the only fix that I found is starting a new game after deleting the save files, uninstalling then reinstalling.
All of celebrimbors quotes except the one after bruizes betrail has a feeling of hope to it as opposed to the ominous tone of Talion's speachs when under the influence of Isildor's ring
