Did u fix the zenith problem, which the nibu3pro still has? Upper 20% are not usable. Dir instance in churches, halls, the upper section on the zenith is crapped

On September 22, my drone DJI Air 3 crashed due to a system glitch. but I'm still waiting for the test result to confirm that this is a warranty issue. support no longer responds to email within 10 days! In the online chat, support refuses to help and cannot provide any information so that they can respond to my letter, citing the fact that I am from Ukraine. but I have repeatedly explained that I bought the drone in Germany, the accident was in the Dominican Republic, I am now in the Dominican Republic, I will send it to Germany for warranty repairs. the operator understands this, but still refuses to help.
