When asked about it at the post fight presser his response was, "Why you looking at my titties? First, the reporter rolled out the red carpet for him to set the record straight. Second, if it wasn't PEDs and instead it was an injury, for example, he'd have happily explained its legitimacy and even looked courageous for fighting with an injury. FAIL.

The list of fighters on gear far outweighs the list of clean fighters. If it weren't for the definitive gyno Izzy wouldn't appear to be on PEDs. If it had been a tumor, it wouldn't have presented as fatty tissue deposits around the nipple and wouldn't have disappeared without a scar from surgical removal. White knows it's gyno, Joey knows it's gyno, and everyone in the game knows it too.
I for one could not care less about anything Adesanya does with his nails or anything like that, I love the way he fights. But if animals are being hurt, that's a problem for me. How many "real" reasons do you have in your pocket? I'll tell you what the actually real reason is - in a real world fight, Adesanya would get hard beating from a random guy his size. Imagine him e.g. in a pub fight. No 10x10m free space to show off his acrobatic finesse. He's the pioneer of bringing the sport completely away from what it once used to be. Presenting MMA as a competition where you put 2 guys in a cage and they have nowhere to run became a joke in 2023 thx to fighters like Adesanya. But I will repeat myself from one of my previous comments - it's not completely (or at all) his fault, it's also about the rules, the growing size (area) of the cage etc. But he is still the face of it.

There is actually a valid reason for dissaproving of fighters for their actions outside of fighting. What we accept as behavior from people in high places is presimably what we accept from people in general. They have fans, they have influence. People will emulate their behavior. It’s important to openly dislike these people because it sends a signal that we dissaprove of their behavior and we don’t want it emulated.
