    Poha is one of my favourite, we make it at least once a week, but mostly it is south indian way by adding coconut to it..But this recipe is new to me and it taste just yummy. I have had this poha quite a few times during our trip to north, i loved it for breakfast..So i tried it yesterday and it was delicious..So here i am with the
    post.
    INGREDIENTS FOR POTATO POHA
    Poha / Aval / Flattened Rice - 2 cups
    Potato - 1 medium size peeled and cubed
    Oil - 2 tblspn
    Onion - 1 small chopped finely
    Green Chillies - 3 to 5 chopped finely
    Peanuts - 2 tblspn
    HOW TO MAKE POTATO POHA
    Take poha in a bowl. Add in water, salt, ½ tsp sugar, ½ tsp turmeric and mix well. Set aside.
    Now heat oil in a kadai. Add in peanuts and roast till golden. Add in mustard, chana dal, urad dal, hing and mix well. Fry till it turns golden.
    Add in onions, curry leaves and green chilli. Add in little salt and sugar along with turmeric. Mix well.
    Now add in potatoes and chilli powder, Mix well. Cover and simmer till potatoes are cooked.
    Now increase the heat and roast the potatoes till it gets golden.
    Now add in the poha and toss well. Once everything is heated up, add in coriander leaves and lemon juice.
    Mix well and serve
