Thanks for your observation and your sub .When I do reviews on gaming headsets, I use the microphone of the headset for the voice overs so people can hear exactly what the sound production is like ( unedited ) . So the sound quality might be good or bad depending on the headset . I think that was what you were referring to and I'm trying to clarify why it sounds that way with the gaming headset videos. I do appreciate your observation. Maybe I'll make a change in how I do the videos so it can be better .
Onikuma really does a good job of confusing the consumers.... One assumes the higher the number, the better or more feature packed the product would be but I find that it is so inconsistent ... Eg the K5 sound quality of audio and mic are both far better than the K9 in my opinion. The K20 mic is worse than the K9 but audio better... The mic on the K1B (K18) is horrible but audio better than the K5 and K9. And then what is up with K,X and M??? What is the difference? Is the X11 better or worse than the K20. And the pricing is so close as well on all the models it's very frustrating to choose! Why onikuma WHY!?!
Finally, you see my dilemma with the brand . You are right . What I find frustrating is even with the K , X and M , it's the same issue . Only thing I can really say about the brand that I absolutely like is the fact that their products actually last long especially since it's a budget range .

Is the quality of the GM-06 superior enough or is it a myth? The GM-06 is a bit older, but newer doesn't necessarily mean better, I don't know if it's true that leather pads are much less durable, I would really like to hear your opinion, and thanks in advance.
Ok. I can only speak for myself with my experience with these headset. I don't think it's an issue of best but of preference . In my experience , each Onikuma headset tends to favour something over the other i.e sound over comfort( doesn't mean it won't be comfortable at all) . Now in saying that doesn't mean it will be horrible , it just means that the sound on one headset might be better than other while the mic of the latter might be better than that of the former. I have only tested a few of them so i cant really give a fair opinion . But of the one's I have reviewed so far, I prefer the K9 microphone and the speakers of the k20. so you can choose which function means more to you . But overall , I'll pick the K20. the mic might not be best but It's good enough and i like the speaker quality of the k20 considering the price .

The main body is durable but the extended plastic durability is literal trash plastic, both sides have broken over maybe a year of use, couldve been an insanely good headset for the price except for such a major issue
My opinion. The Onikuma k20 would be my choice . the sound is great and the microphone has a bit of noise reduction which is not on the Redragon ares. my opinion.
I received the K9 and I should have followed your advice with the A10! The Onikuma K9 is just ok it is almost a bit "blunt" where the K20 sounded a lot clearer. Sending the K9 back.... Sorry Takealot.
If they still have stock the A10... Alternatively maybe the K20 which I had before but just felt like it could do with a bit more bass ... But I'll settle for it's awesome clear highs and mids any day over the K9's drowned bass.
It comes down to preference in my opinion. Most bass heads will argue that the K19 is better than the K20. I on the other hand would take the K20 over the K19.
