When you have very bad tinnitus like i do louder fans help drown that out, this would be a good application for that

I'm so sorry to bother you, but on the video with your 52" Ritz Emperor ceiling fan, is there any way to fix the fan once the blades have stopped spinning, ours finally gave out and we have no idea where to even begin. Please help if you can, thank you!
