I've seen Stewart Francis many times and he's always a great laugh. His "swimming back to shore" routine that he does is simply superbly crafted! (on a different video)
yeah, it's very funny...it's quite unusual, because it's not a narrative joke exactly, but it isn't a one-liner either. sort of a hybrid, in which the repetition of a single line creates a larger story.
Don’t care how many times I hear Stewart francis’ jokes , I have to crack up. Even when I say the punchline along with him. Jenny young man had the same effect on me. :)
He was under-appreciated here in Canada. I mean, he was a national touring comic with TV show hosting gigs and appearances but we’re not exactly a huge market. It’s why half of Hollywood’s comedy writers and actors are from up here.
Such a good demonstration of various comedy styles. Good to see Frankie laughing. When you can make another comedian laugh you know you're getting it right! I wish I had a better memory for repeating some of these, lol.
Reading through the comments shows just how subjective comedy is: each of the four is _somebody's_ favourite...and each of the four is _rubbish_ to somebody else LOL
I'm game for all of it man, can't just keep listening to the same comedian, just like we can't just keep listening to the same music over and over again, it becomes monotonous and drives you crazy, lol 💚 🤝
Russell Howard and Ed Byrne must have shat their pants that episode. Stewart Francis was funnier in that 3 minutes than those two in their whole careers.
Cardassians is Star Trek franchise - DIsney has a series regarding Kardashians the third series? So far. Bus stop advertising always intrigues. I recall Kim Kardashian was or is married to........ or she she still? Oh Ye Of Little Faith In America. Paper. Paper. I don't pop my cork for everyone I see. Yup. Startling set of pictures of Ms Kardashian. So I over-eacted in honour of Stewart Francis. I can now spell........ Mussolini? Bruce and Caitlyn.
This is pretty much all of his material. Same jokes over and over and over and over and over and over and oevr and over and over and over and over and that mis-spelled over is really gonna annoy you isn't it.
Stewart Francis and hilarious in the same sentence? Only if the word ‘isn’t’ is in between them. He’s predictable and short on actual talent, stop thinking that rehashing jokes from 20 or 30 years ago is actual comedy.

Why? If you've seen him once you're good for at least five years before he adds news material

When you can make Frankie Boyle laugh loudly, you know you're a funny guy.
And to back up that theory, Frankie didn't make a sound during Russel's bit
Russell Howard has improved a bit but this was him at his most annoying - i had to forward it
But I bet he didn't laugh the next time he heard the same joke, or the hundreds of times since.
@@davidedwards3361Same material for a few years now!
Its like a seal of approval
If you can get the Boyle to erupt you know your funny, well done, Mr Canuck.

"My mother left before I was born" - Straight from Terry Pratchett! A truly brilliant line!
The implication was that we would be getting 6 minutes of Stewart, but only got under 2! Boo!
Stewart is one of those comedians that is funny no matter how many times you hear the same jokes. He is complete in writing and delivery!
Love Stewart Francis.
He was under-appreciated here in Canada. I mean, he was a national touring comic with TV show hosting gigs and appearances but we’re not exactly a huge market. It’s why half of Hollywood’s comedy writers and actors are from up here.
Stewart got Frankie giggling with the Mussolini joke. I laughed my ass for the mixed race and the schizophrenic dad jokes.
Stewart Francis is brilliant!
*Frankie, Russell, and Stewart* give their very best?! What's Ed Byrne doing, then - shucking oysters?!
Just an average day at the office really...
U571...Stewart has talent. ..unlike doh!
Frankie laughing would be quite the compliment
Commenters, look! Frankie Boyle AND no female panelists, now you can’t complain about anything!
NO ONE DID A SHAG MARRY KILL JOKE I AM FUMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SOME OF THEM ARE FORRRRRRINÈRS!!!!111!++°!! /s
Those were the days, now you get arrested for saying I’m English
Such a good demonstration of various comedy styles. Good to see Frankie laughing. When you can make another comedian laugh you know you're getting it right! I wish I had a better memory for repeating some of these, lol.
When’s re they going to have Stewart Francis back on the show again? He does some clever lines.
He's retiring from stand up comedy
Im forever going to use the word "when'sre"
@@saturnista5510 😂😂😂

It's true mate. We ALL like what we like! And who are we, to say who is the best in this industry??
Well said mate :).
Thank you for posting all of their routines in one video!
I saw Stewart live in Darwin and by the end my face was aching from the non-stop laughing
Russell Howard and Ed Byrne must have shat their pants that episode. Stewart Francis was funnier in that 3 minutes than those two in their whole careers.
This episode was absolute quality
Loved this recording. First heard a version on cassette in the late 90s.
Turns out Frankie Boyle likes dad jokes.
One of the best ever!
Currently the absolute best comedian on the circuit. Brilliant!
As a goth/metalhead I can confirm I am not a scary person haha.
wow the old Mock The Week when it was still funny.....those days are well gone haha....
If a Dalek was human, it'd be Frankie.
EXTERMINATE DAFFODILS
Go Stewart!
Very nice!
Yk you've gotten some good material when you make frankie burst like bruh we need him on NWO.
Imagine being mates with this guy. Everything you did together he'd make it funny.
My Mother left before I was born 😂😂
What a bloke
For anyone wondering they corrected the description to include everyone
When Frankie Boyle was still funny.
They saved the best till last.
Russell Howard is as funny as cramp
Stewart's opener is an actual dad joke.
They were jealous of stewart
I like this new guy. He’s really good
Stewart Francis? He's been around forever!
Stewart Francis Hilarious Debut - yeah so hilarious still doing the same act to this day!
And his stuff is still hilarious.
Ed is the best man
Nah Russ is way better
Is it me or when Stewart came on the other 3 looked pissed pff
Debut? Been doing the same routine for 20 years
I wonder if any of the comments will tell us which of these is not funny and how MTW used to be funny back then...
Over acting? Yer think? Yes checking my own watch. It never runs fast nor slow (so far) and gets my vote.
Ed Byrne is better suited to an office job.
Yeah he's not funny
Ed unfunny Byrne Russell even more unfunny Howard
Russell Howard did such a good job
Is it opposite day?
At getting people to fast forward
Does Russell know any jokes besides sexual ones
He is even worse than McIntyre
@@briancox9357 But not nearly as bad as Amy Schumer, thank god shes not on this show
Gotta love the British need to.clap for 20s after every single joke .
That's being polite.
You Americans couldn't even spell that.
Yes but it's just his stand up routine that he does everywhere, very funny tho
Cardassians is Star Trek franchise - DIsney has a series regarding Kardashians the third series? So far. Bus stop advertising always intrigues.

Get some new material Stewart PLEASE.
And the saddest thing about this is, this was Stewart Francis' debut on the show, but every show since then, wherever it is, is the same thing.
Frankie should not try to do voices or accents.
Stewart Francis and hilarious in one sentence might be an oxymoron?
Yup. Just dad jokes
So this was his debut?
The only funny thing is, this is the same routine and jokes he ALWAYS tells!
Ed is not funny at all, and why does Howard have to shout everytime it puts me off as there's no need for it
I hate it when people make fun of people with terrible diseases in order to get a laugh. It's not funny at all; it's disgusting.
This is pretty much all of his material.
Same jokes over and over and over and over and over and over and oevr and over and over and over and over and that mis-spelled over is really gonna annoy you isn't it.
Still funnier than anything you've ever done.
So glad he was last. It meant I could watch the three actually good ones and then stop the video.
Tosser
Too bad you'll never know the gold you missed
He was way funnier than ed and russell tho
Thumper, what did your father tell you this morning?
That's neat! It's like they put the major talent on last in a variety show so people would know when to leave.
Stewart Francis and hilarious in the same sentence? Only if the word ‘isn’t’ is in between them.
He’s predictable and short on actual talent, stop thinking that rehashing jokes from 20 or 30 years ago is actual comedy.
Boyle is not funny ever.
