I saw Stewart Francis live in Belfast back in 2011 and he had the place in hysterics. He could tell he was on a roll as he took a notebook out of his pocket and kept doing jokes for about 30 mins after he was due to finish. Such a good night.
They were all cracking up at some point. Dara's "I dunno how it works, it's just funny" shrug, tells it all. Personally, I think it's in the rhythm. You don't stop giggling from the last one one before he has you giggling at the next.
I was just about to say this as I don't see Frankie audibly laugh on most of the show. Hugh Dennis cracked him up before but it's more quiet smiles & grins.
The mixed race parents joke at 1:52 is very clever with the unexpected twist, I think that’s what got Frankie’s laugh. I was expecting to hear that his mother liked the hurdles or something.
When he finished the joke with "Happy birthday dad" I paused the video and laughed a little and quickly showed my dad the joke and we both laughed so hard at that it was hard to breathe 😂😂😂
Mock the Week, like every BBC comedy show has a definite bias towards left wing contributors. I don't know whether Tim Vine is right or left wing, which is kind of refreshing. Tim Vine was offered a spot on MTW but he didn't like the format. He didn't think it suited his style.
I think this man's best performance was as a grieving father being interviewed after the "shooting at a school in America" (BS) they showed him laughing and joking with some of the other grieving parents then they told him he was on and we saw him "Getting into character for his part" total BS.
I guess it's better than Ramesh & Nish. More so Ramesh, but both always just made me see ego more than comedy from them. Like they have some sort of "We are the only brown guys, so we are special!". Andy just seemed more like "I really don't know what I'm doing!"
Used to watch mock the week when Frankie was holding the show together. Never ever liked Andy Parsons. Not because his humour wasn’t my taste but he always had this air of egoistical arrogance. I’ve watched his standup and had to turn it off. Something doesn’t sit right with me about that dude. Very disingenuous and narcissistic vibes.
Yeh I agree. His face would always screw up whenever Frankie got on the mic. He’s a doppelgänger of a former manager of mine. He too, was a bit of a twat….

If you are consistently making Frankie Boyle laugh then you are doing something right.

@@RedPenguin2 For all his crass/base humour (which I enjoy), Frankie likes a line that make you think.
Stewart’s quite simply written some of the best gags ever. Right up there with Wright, Hedberg and Vine.
It’s only consistent because it’s edited bro 🙈
He's a master at making jokes that make you say "that's a stupid joke" after you're done laughing.
He's the true master of the one-liners.
And Milton 😂
@@JesterPickeringNot forgetting Gary Delaney,he’s brilliant.
It was a real Hong Kong ping pong ding dong sing song!!! 😂
Hugh Dennis actually smiled at another comics material. Amazing.
3:06 Frankie Boyle laughing like Jimmy Carr😂
I saw him at the Laughter Lounge in Dublin in 2006. I had never heard of him before. Laughed the whole way through his set.
He takes one liners to a whole new ship! Ar Ar Seriously, this guy is quick and funny.
Thanks for posting this compilation. I saw a few segments I've never seen before! Stewart Francis is top-notch! 🤣🤣🏆
Just what you need to cheer yourself up
Yep!
This was exactly my type of humor! 👍👍
And what is it now ?
5:18 Russell Howard thinking "Damn it why can't I get these laughs"
I absolutely love this guy!!!

Gods he was good
I genuinely needed this laugh right now, thank you and thanks Stewart. 😅
This guy is amazing
i love this humour, stewart is great, and to make frankie boyle and hugh dennis laugh you must be good.
When he finished the joke with

I keep watching and at 65 2:12 2:15
This man is a genius!!
Yep😂
I'm crying here ☠️♥️
6:43. He is a master of facial expressions that perfectly cap off the joke
I worked in a sweat shop, it was sew sew😂
Can't believe he didn't become one of the biggest comedians about
The delivery is Mozart-level genius.
7:08 I'm not married... 😂😂😂
Brilliant
The king of Dad Jokes.
If Stewart was terminally online, he would own every top comment.
Listen Rick Jim😂😂😂
CANADAS BEST!!!!
TH-cam has usefully added a "Translate to English" link to your comment.
Apparently, missing an apostrophe make's you foreign!
Canadia's best! 😂
*Canadia's
what a funny guy
Stewart and Gary were the best one liner comics on MTW. Milton was a class above. Surprised Tim Vine was never on the show.
Tim’s a funny guy but he’s a devout Christian so you’d never hear him telling any adult jokes or with swearing in them.
@@IrishScribblerso is Milton Jones.
Maybe some people just didn't want to do MTW ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Could andy parsons ever be this funny. NO way
A train spotter spotter!!!!
So stupid but I can't stop laughing.
Andy Parsons really does not like him. Good to see the rest having a laugh.
Andy Parsons isn't funny at all though is he?
Anyone?
@@paulhopkins603I reckon he is.
12:09 i didnt know mock the week was on that long for a young stephen fry
Learn from a master.
Little Andy didn't laugh once. Jealousy.
He wouldn't know a joke if if fell on him
He actually does. Pay attention to him when the camera pans back.
@@spinynormanbest6410he does, he just can't tell them.
Andy was an extremely poor comedian
If you are consistently not making Andy Parsons laugh then you are doing something funnier than he can.

13:45 speaking of showers what did the French professor say 🤔 to the prostitute when she offered him a golden shower " wee wee mademoiselle " lol 😅😅😅
11:05 Andi Osho didn't even get that one....smh
Andy Parsons looks so miserable. Doesn't like being shown up by a real comedian.

What do you mean? You can see him laughing when the camera pans away.
If people think I'm Russian so be it sorry mus go
Way to yung means sum ting Wong
He is good but Rodney (no respect) Dangerfield also was good..I think Stewart learned about the good one liner punch lines...
that shouting bald guy obviously dislikes Stewart, pity, he could learn a lot
Same compilation for Gary Delaney th-cam.com/video/4FUYc7WkuUY/w-d-xo.html

Rather like someone calling a celebrity by their first name as if they know them well.

Remember when comedy used to be funny…
Wtf is wrong with Andy Parsons, the least funny man on MTW doesn't care for one liners.
Noticed this a few months ago.. A sad man indeed 😒
You can see him laughing when the camera pans back. It’s just the close ups you don’t see anything.
Hes schizophrenic but good people
Who`s the bald doorknob with no sense of humor?
Joe Rogan has no idea what comedy is.
