    the only thing I don't like is the place where they put the MasterLiquid, it's behind the other 3 fans, so what's the reason to put 3 fans in front?

    • @KendraKjolseth
      @KendraKjolseth  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      All about air flow I assume. I have to admit, I don’t know much about pc airflow aside from having as many cooling components, fans and vents as possible. So no complaints here!

      @@gcxcf No problems at all! The fans on my gpu don’t kick on very often. They barely need to unless if I’m playing a very intensive game. The airflow and temperatures of my components are maintained pretty well with the cooling options within my PC itself. Plus Build Redux has in my opinion one of the best PC cases for ventilation. The front, back and top of the case is all vented. Not to mention I’m pretty maxed out on fans.

      @enternalmayham6073 I definitely understand investing a lot of money into something you’re hoping will last years. There is a certain expectation especially with experts building it for you. That is why I am hoping my issue can be easily resolved. I am hoping it is just user error, I will know once I receive a response back. I appreciate the support of my channel! How long did it take for them to build your system? did they update you during the building process saying which stage they were on, or did just send you an email with a tracking number?

    • @KendraKjolseth
      @KendraKjolseth  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      If my memory serves me right I believe it took about four weeks for them to build my system. I believe I say how long it took in the video. The company never updated me during the building process, they actually had problems with my order and never informed me about the situation. I reached out to the company myself regarding my order and that was when I found out their was an issue with my order after asking how the process was going. Which made my order take longer to arrive. An issue that could of been easily corrected if allowed to do so.

      I love the PC, it is a beautiful machine. I have had a couple hiccups with the system but nothing too major. I believe I mention in the video the minor issues I’ve had with the computer so far. My biggest complaint is the way the company configured my fans. The only fix to this issue I’m assuming would be to re configure the fans myself which I’m sure would void the computers warranty. This was just my experience, I assume they build every PC a bit differently depending on a persons order. Something to research I suppose before deciding on a purchase. However, it is a big inconvenience for myself not being able to monitor my fans in the event that one of them malfunctions. Though with all that being said, I am happy with my PC at the end of the day.

      That I wouldn’t know as I haven’t played Fortnite. I have played Call of Duty multiplayer and Apex on some pretty insane settings though and the computer did just fine! I bought this PC almost a year ago so I’m sure there’s a ton of newer parts available for PC’s now that perform better then the current specs I have in my PC. • @KendraKjolseth
      @KendraKjolseth  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Well for starters this company is definitely legit. There are many reviews you can watch about this company aside from mine. I would just take the sponsored videos with a grain of salt because sponsored videos in my opinion rarely give honest reviews because there is usually money, or some sort of contract involved in reviewing a sponsored product. There are honest reviews out there though. I can say I received a very well-built PC with great performance and great appearance both inside and out. When I purchased my PC, the website offered three options: Good, Better and Best. I initially clicked on the "Better" option but after all of my customizations and upgrades to particular parts I ended up with the "Best" option once purchasing. I cannot recall the price I paid before taxes but after taxes I paid 2,465 USD for the price of my computer and parts at the time. Taxes and shipping will vary depending on your location.

      @KendraKjolseth  ปีที่แล้ว

      Well before selecting the parts for my pre-built PC I did about eight months of research on each individual part and brand that I was interested in. I ended up going with AMD because from the research I did AMD seemed to have the best reviews. It's all about preference for each individual person but when it came to choosing the parts for my computer, I went with the parts that were the best bang for their buck with the best performance ratings and reviews. At the end of the day whether you choose Intel or AMD, they are both reputable brands in my opinion. Thank you for watching my video and good luck with your new computer!

    Whoever built my pc cut all the corners they could and did a horrible job. Pc was only good for about 2 months when all the problems started. Overheating, usb ports losing power, psu failing, m.2 failing, 450w power cable to a 4090, corrupted OS that was installed, lower fan stops spinning and starts making horrible sounds. Many more issues. 2 year warranty to replace with the same trash parts? And then pay for shipping due to their negligence and wait many months to get it back? With more trash parts and some lazy person who didn't pay attention when running quality control tests. Even the IO shield was not installed correctly blocking off the USB ports. My experience has been very bad with redux

    • @KendraKjolseth
      @KendraKjolseth  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I am sorry to hear that was your experience with this company. I have heard the negative reviews, there’s a lot of them. I also have to say my experience with this brand wasn’t perfect either. I found myself frustrated with this company. However, after all the frustration and miscommunication I did still end up with a good working pc and that overall was the most important thing to me. I am going to be making a year update on this pc build soon. I too have USB port issues with my pc, out of all the problems you listed that is the only one I’ve also had. It’s more of an annoyance if anything. I do agree their policies and procedures need updating. Keep in mind they’re still quite a new company but for the price you’re paying for a pc from this company I do agree that there shouldn’t be any hiccups or excuses. You should consider making your own review of your experience.
