Both lights turn blue but then one of them turn white
That usually indicates that your modem cannot connect to upstream servers... These usually resolve on their own, but I would report an outage. Hope you get it fixed!!

The router has the red light and modem the online light keeps flashing sometime is green or blue

Means it's having trouble connecting to upstream servers. Might open the app on your phone and see what the status of your service is.
What does it mean when myspectrum app says modem connection issue but everything is working
@@ERICP2394 I haven't seen that error before, but it sounds like it might be a problem local to you. If it persists, you might try to go get a new modem
What if the blue light on the modem doesnt turn solid blue at all

Try forgetting wifi network, then re-add it
