Is the list you promised to send that you mentioned in the video? I thought I'd get the specific recipes, i.e. the lamb dish. I search for lamb and the results were a list of articles/podcasts that have nothing to do specifically for lamb.

Why do you suggest not having eggs more than twice a week? I do tolerate them and eat farm fresh almost every day so am very curious about why not. Thanks!
Because they are a likely to become a food sensitivity and if you tolerate... enjoy them. I recommend giving your gut diversity with daily changes so you don't become sensitive to those foods you love.

Yes, though less so recently with news about amyloid protein not broken down well. And the nutritional density of wild meat is far greater. Wild turkey would definitely be better but those farm raised conditions are awful.
Me too, I’m not sure about eggs anymore as I have been told I have fibroids. I live in the UK our healthcare is in crisis atm. Tbh I like eggs aswell 😔

Even better in porcelain or stainless steel cookware, and wooden utensils, instead of Teflon and plastic.
Love my scambled eggs for breakfast... most days actually with chopped tomato and store bought salsa plus quarter an avocado.

😮 I will be seriously depressed if my body ever stops tolerating eggs. It’s bad enough that I can no longer tolerate gluten or dairy

Yuk! Fake cheese!!! If your body can’t take cheese, there’s really NO replacement.
Goat cheese and sheep cheese do work well for many who can't do dairy.
