Sammy, I lost my 16 year old step son last year. 2021. He lived in Australia with his nanna. I lost my 20 year old brother 3 months later to a heart attack. I’ve never been so heartbroken. If you ask me, no I’m not doing the best. My day was good, but my mental health says otherwise. I haven’t been diagnosed with depression, but I am mildly suicidal. I haven’t told my parents, and I don’t know what to do with my life. I get bullied in school and fat shamed. I don’t eat as much anymore, and I constantly weigh myself. I lost my aunt in February of 2022 and I lost my grandma 10 months later. I’ve really been struggling, so thank you.

I’m doing better now that I know how to properly defend myself from the kids at school, and I picked up a few new hobbies to keep me busy. I’m back on track to a healthy diet and I’m happier now that I’m back at school with my friends. Thank you for your kindness, I’m doing a lot better now. 😊
