That’s awesome. You showed me how it was done and then I skipped back to the start and watched Method 2 again and again and that move is slicker than a bar of wet soap covered in WD40 sliding on ice! I watched it about a dozen times knowing the move and when you do it and still can’t see it! Great trick when executed as well as that. Keep em coming Lloyd because that was fantastic!

I thought I knew how this was done..then you completely threw me...just wanted to say that..before, I watch the tutorial!...ok I've just watched 'tutorial'..well I really never expected that!! There is a level of confidence needed here as that is a bold move...brilliant move..but bold and slick..I honestly never saw that!! Really nicely done Lloyd!! The convincer is what completely sold it to me as I was fully expecting a split in the note and the pencil to be perched on a flap of the note!
You’ve made me a lot more clever to gimmicks and the many different uses of double stick tape, magnets and just creating gimmicks in general. I started out primarily sleight of hand but you make me want to buy the supplies to build these tricks. Now I just have to stop being broke and once I do buy the supplies I will blow more peoples minds😅 but I recommend your channel to anyone because the stuff you teach is so good! Keep it up man PTL! ❤😂 I would watch more consistently but ya know life 🤷♂️but I do plan on buying Cognito when I can but winning Odyssey would be dope too!! 🤙🏻

Not sure what to comment so I'll just write my honesty. 1st I'm pretty new to your channel so far I've enjoyed every video I've seen I think I subscribed after first video I was algorithmed here via researching new release "Mirage coin set" haha that was funny video you totally fooled and I was 100% in agreement your not a coin magician lol it was eye opening to see how we as magicians might work too hard on technique to the point that it looks so clean and 'natural' that we end up spending most our performance showing 'how clean our slights are' rather than just getting on with it 😀 love the channel man

Even though this form of trick is seen done with dollar bills or bank notes as you call it; I could see this version done with a number of other things such as a Bank Check, or Wallet. Oooo, or even a more organic version with scissors and gift wrap where the surprise performer gets mildy frustrated that he can’t cut through the paper because the scissors keep passing through.😂
Not sure if this is mentioned below or whether you noted it in the video (sometimes I listen to this stuff in the background), but what about putting that sticky tape on the pencil itself rather than the bill. My immediate impression is that the heat will be on the bill for any slits or tears and not the pencil?
