One of the best memories. I remember playing this, when it was a demo, on a system that barely held itself on minimum settings. What a game it was. Still, to this day, I say I had my fair share of fun in this mission, on this map (MP included). I'd gladly revisit this in a sort of "remake". But until I can play the original, I am content.

I remember how I tried to save every single friendly NPC, so I have played it again and again and after all - they died by walking close to planted bomb on Nebelwerfers and blow themself up lol. What a masterpiece this game actually is!
After playing the demo back in the day, the line "TAKE OUT THAT HALFTRACK! Use your Panzerschreck" is so engrained in my brain it was the first thought after I saw the thumbnail of this vid.
This level was used as a demo on an early gaming machine at Best Buy. It is single-handedly responsible for my getting out of consoles and into PC gaming for the last 20 years.
Ramsey and the rest 2 airborne bois are the strongest npc teammates and u get them all killed...ur videos are inspiring but this is not good enough tbh. The fight into the town is one of the most intensive fights in MOHAA, and the key point is that Krauts will endlessly spawn from each building unless u reach and occupy it. So the good strategy to have ur squared take less damage in hard mode is to move fast, rush and raid each building and give the fire support to npcs before they are deadly wounded (crippled). This will be helpful especially in hard mode fight when crossing this bloody fireline with npcs' accurate fire support. Anyway, we still can accomplish this mission without the help of npcs if playing well enough, just some recommendation. good video

It's a demo, I can tell how it redirected you straight to the menu. Played it like 20 years ago, it was on some PC magazine's DVD. Cool. I was like 7 then, took me like two days to beat kek

You just gotta watch where those NPCs are standing when you plant the explosives on the Nebelwerfers.

These few missions in France were the creepiest ones in the game specially with the background music and sound effects.
