How to setup Alesis DM5 for RockBand

The number 1 question I get all the time is, How do I use my DM5 in rockband? Well, this is how. Just get a Guitar Hero World Tour drum kit, and a Midi cable. Then watch this video.
Beyond what I show, you can follow the same steps to set up your cymbals to work as well.

My D5 wheel doesn't select in sequence, it skips all over the place...I can't program it to my Zendrum zx pads... Also I heard you said you made it the D4 with the D5 well that worked is that work for my Zendrum? I've been using my D4 until my friend gave me his D5 with the problem... where should I go or can I go to get this fixed?

thanks this really helped but im having a problem, when i hit the crash and snare together sometimes the snare dont work this only happens in game when i got headphones on through module theres not a problem, i have moved cables and adjusted Xtalk and nothin work, just wondering if you had a clue or have i got a dodgy adapter,

Hey bro this is late but I hope you appreciate it. Simple fix for me hit the midi button and put the root of the note down below what you need if you’re stuck at 38 it’s probably your root is 38 that was my problem.
