Hi there. Im thinkin of lowerin my t5. Just wondering if you are happy with the stance plus kit or would you advise any other kits. Im not looking to drop it on its booty as i sometimes carry weight. Any advice would be appreciated 👍
As a budget kit the stance is great. The rides quite good I’m super happy with it. It’s quite bouncy when ur low... mid height would be what best suits this kit 👌🏻
Mate at the end the back end looks good im guessing when it was in the garage it just needed to settle im looking at these for my t5 or to go for b14s ???? Still unsure what to go for
Need to sit on the adjusters better, once both sides were done sat lovely. B14’s are a great kit.. budget wise I’d go for the stance all day. No issues yet and on my third van with stance 👌🏻
Hey fella, great! I did made the fitting a lot easier plus you no there new, TravelinLite do the top mounts and drop links as a set deffo get them 👌🏻🤙🏻
Hey thanks for watching, nothing different I think it was just where I did one side at a time.. it’s a lot easier to do the both at the same time mind you 👍🏻
Have to say I’ve set mine as low as it will go... the ride is ok... a little bouncy on the front end but if you go for a hub mod you can get an extra 35/40 mm drop so.. you can tighten the coilovers up 35/40 mm, doing this means less bounce.. but for the money the rides great 👍
its stuck because the otherside is still on the floor... when the wholr front end is lifted itll take the weight off the anti roll bar, which will then make removing the drop links easier 😀

Great vid T Dubz. Looks way lower than I thought it would, great job. I had no idea the street kit would go down so much. I was looking at the ultra low but I think your kit is perfect. Did you modify the top mounts at the front end? I’ve got 50mm h and r on mine and it doesn’t look low at all, it just looks like it’s not on stilts anymore. Wish I bought these first time round. Great job👍🏻
You left the top mount on which is not required with coilovers. The lower mount is required and important. The rear shock bolts being done up with suspension hanging is incorrect and won’t allow the van to sit right as well as causing strain on the bushes. Had you jacked it up under the arms on the rear you could have put the axle stand on the jacking points, undone the rear roll bar and the arms pull down easy by hand. Scary to think that someone that doesn’t work on cars is encouraging people to do their own by watching a video of work being done incorrectly to major suspension components 🤦
T Dubz just put mine on and phoned the supplier after watching your vid and he confirmed the fat part of the strut should be at the top on mine , just thought I’d let you know could be worth checking bud 👍
