When dealing with overwhelm, no matter the root cause, I think a floor robot is a wise investment. I know they're not perfect, but running one daily that sweeps and mops means you can get away with doing it the old-fashioned way far less often
You should get paper plates and utensils then maybe purchase a griddle or flat top. So you only have to clean a few appliances and dispose of the plates.
Hi, I am new to your channel. When you started explaining some of your symptoms in the last couple of videos and your vitaminD deficiency. I have the same symptoms that you are talking about. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia years ago. Unfortunately the is no proper diagnosis for Fibromyalgia, and there is no cure so to speak. It has been a lot of trial and error to get to the point of dealing with the pain. Talk to your doctor about maybe Fibromyalgia along with some of the deficiencies you are experiencing.
I cackle when they ask if there's a chance that I'm pregnant. Have you looked into Lyme disease at all? A lot of doctors don't even consider Lyme and the blood test for it is notoriously inaccurate.

Do you have ADD? You become sidetracked easily. Your house is not dirty but it is a little messy. No one in your home puts things back where they belong. You are not the maid. You are a wife and mom and if necessary teach your family where empty glasses and cups go. They need to stop putting stuff on your dinning room table. Get an large empty laundry basket and place everything that is on the bar and doesn't belong there into the basket. Next clean the bar and then empty the basket this will eliminate ten thousand trips. It works for each room in your house.

I don’t think so because I haven’t had the bullseye or the starting flu that’s common with it?
