    In short , eat curd, butter milk , paneer, almonds, walnuts and do regular exercise for 20 min. You can drink black coffee and avoid in total sugar ( alternate use jaggery)

      Sugar jin dishes mein dalta hai wo sab chorr hi diya hai maine fir bhi kabhi chai pina hua toh usme dhage wali mishri ka use karta hoon and week mein ek baad doodh mein gurr daal ke pi leta hoon jo mere sugar level ko bhi optimized rakhta hai.. agar aap sugar quite karne ka soch rahe hai toh please do it bohot fayda hota hai!!

      Most important that Sugar is harmful... avoid sugar instead jaggery may be useful...curd and butter milk is very necessary instead of just milk.... regular exercise is good but it's more advisable to do the yoga exercises regularly in the morning.... more perticular breathing exercises are very essential in this pandemic situation....it will make your breathing exercises updated....

      How many disc are difused? U dont have to nuthng just push urself to exercise . I have slip disc 4 difuse disc n betwn 2 nerve is compressed. But i do daily exercise with weights. Push urself that it . Slip disc is a thng u have to love with it but dont restrict or feel low that u have difuse disc

    Dark chocolate contains sugar , all branded paneers available in market contain 20-22 % FATS prohibited by doctors for people with cardiac & hypertension, in place of sugar for diabetics doctors advise sucralose (sugar free sweetner). Your advice please.

      Me also. Its very dangerous.. jadi micha khaibaku icha hue. Then try jaggery.. or fruit khao. Bt avoid sugar.
