Producing videos and poetry to overcome mental health battles

Arun Kapur writes poetry and produces videos to help him overcome his battles with mental health - and I caught up with him at his workplace, the Light House in Wolverhampton, to hear about his work.
Furthermore, I spoke to the 30-year-old about the stigma surrounding mental health in the South Asian community and whether he believes progress is being made.
