I would say intermittent fasting and yoga, qigong, meridian etc exercises are the primary elements in health....then one shall experiment with food, what herbs, what combination of foods are suitable to ones body....for me sugar doesnt sound good for health....if one can start to o become breatharian in a self paced manner....I think that is a contribution for ones health, for the environment and the planet😊
