the second man is so true for that. im 15 and been battling acne for 6 years. people always told me positive things about myself.how pretty or how smart i was, but my acne just ruined all those things. it's cleared up now, but one aspect of yourself just takes away so much of your self esteem its crazy. one negative thought changes the way your mind sees yourself and how you talk to yourself. not nicely, but negative. but not being able to like yourself bc of flaws, no matter how much ppl try to support u and compliment u, is the realist thing i've ever heard.

Most of the life heart aches tend to scare us to the point we internalise self-hatred. The older generation of men would have grown up in very different times. They didn't talk about feelings because of the war. It was to painful and it was so scaring. They chose to stay silent through their pain. Their sons took that on as well. Though they were never in any direct conflict of war. Like there sons generation. But your generation will be the one to change that. Always turn to your brothers, friends and family for support. You always have the power to reach out. Never shy away from your feelings. Embrace it and work through it. Tell yourself its to feel sad. Its ok to feel mad. Its ok to be yourself. Don't be so harsh on yourself. You'll make it. Just keep going. You will pull through.
Find something your passionate about with life. Start to want more. Set achievable goals and tick them one by one. You'll be ok!
