Hi, good video! Could you guys point me in the direction of a review of the springs? I can’t seem to find any reviews on Vogtland Springs and I’d like to compare them to VWR, H&R, Eibach, ST.
I’m looking at the same wheels for my Mk8 GTI. Just annoyed that for the price it’s not a Hub Centric wheel! Hate those centric rings. NeuSpeed 19x8.5+45 is hub centric, and weighs in 5 pounds less even..
Thanks! We're please with how this build is going so far and excited to share the next stage soon. The vogtland springs we're a great choice for us in this case :)
I would colour code or wrap the lower front bumper in white,it looks like half the bumper is missing, tells you about the guy who designed this car, mark 7.5 all the way.
I’m so into this series already, can’t see what is to come!
Also kind of makes me want to do a few bits to mine!
🙌
Keep up the grate work. Can't wait to see more on the mk8 golf 👍
Thanks Ben! 🙌 stay tuned for the next one

hello, how many mm are the springs you are using?
What's next for the Golf R? Swap out that air box? Excited for the next mod!
It's all about the exhaust in the next one :) Intake is on the cards soon too!

such a nice drop
Thanks!
You should have did the springs and alignment first then put on the new wheels.
We wanted to see how the new wheels would look first as they're also a size bigger than stock :)
Not bhad but i personally would of went for the black OZ's. would of worked so well with the white.
ahh yes, the black was an option but we think the grey looks great... especially when seen with the new exhaust tips ;) look out for that episode soon
Great choice. OZ's and fast golfs never go wrong.... Stoked to see vogtland springs. They are not common...

at 5:00 were those spacers put on? I'm looking at very similar wheels with 45 offset and want to make sure they'd fit
No, it’s just the hub ring (I believe they’re included with the wheel). We did look at spacers, but decided against it
We’re actually on Bilstein Evo S coilovers now, video coming in the next week or so. This gives gets the car sitting even better 😎
You should swap out those lug bolts for black ones
That would look good!
How much for the lowering spring supply and fit please ?
Hi Ben, the cost including fitting and tracking is £347.35
