With less than one million women in Nigeria’s formal sector, the implication of the digital skills gap among women is apparent. While significant economic opportunities exist, inefficiencies continue to be a drag on the growth needed to empower young women to accelerate in business or their career in the coming decade of a country where the median age is 18.
