    I’ve been eating mostly for my gut microbes for about a year ( still have treats). I feel and look younger, I’ve lost weight without trying at all, I’m sleeping better, my mood is better. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Even if you can’t afford or have time for the best every time, whatever you can do will make a difference.

      My sister had 10 years of severe IBS and gut problems 6 months ago in desperation she went on a carnivore diet - meat only, adapted and then started to add whole foods back in steadily - nothing processed.
      She is 51. I have not seen her looking as good since she was 21. She is the same weight as when she was 21, she has lost a load of weight, her skin is shiny and translucent, her wrinkles have gone, she sleeps much better, she is a happier person, far mora able to cope with her ADHD child.
      I would never have believed it had I not seen it with my own eyes.

    Great clip. Gut health has been my pet subject for years ( I'm no scientist) . I've looked at why in the 60/79's when I was growing up people weren't as overweight, or as ill.
    Along with antibiotics killing the bad bacteria , it kills the good and some of the good bacteria doesnt grow back. I
    Our guys produce hormones , affect moods etc.
    We are , through our nutrition, affecting our health so much.

    • @gazlives
      @gazlives ปีที่แล้ว

      the 'natural produce' in the supermarket includes meat with anti-biotics and veg with pesticides. to take his advice you would have to do as you say but get only regen farm meat (natural methods, grass fed only etc) and genuine organic veg.
      this worked for me but only about 20% of the population can afford that style of eating and have the time.

    My criticism of this video is it's not very well structured. It would be better if it was split into chapters *1 Ultra-processed foods, 2 artificial sweetners, 3 high in preservatives, 4 antibiotics in meat and pesticides on veg, 5. etc.* Instead, it's quite rambling and difficult to read the transcript.

  • @OrganisedPauper

    A large amount of food now is misleading. Fish that states it's fillet is actually fish stuck together with phosphates. You think you're buying cuts of meat and it's not just meat, especially sliced meats. Even whole chickens aren't just chicken. It's not just poor quality meat. It's all deliberately misleading and makes you believe you're buying a simple whole product and you're not. Good luck to people being able to afford organic produce though.
