    You cite the Bill of Rights as the way that rights are protected in the constitution but all the cases you state as examples do not come under the Bill of Rights' protection but rather under the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection Clause.

      @@LearningAcademy1 Yes, I agree due process plays a key part but in the cases you cite as evidence for the Bill of Rights' protection - Brown v Topeka, Roe v Wade and Obergefell - the main constitutional incompatibility was found with the 14th Amendment. Texas v Johnson which you mention later, though, of course comes under the Bill of Rights.
      Other than that minor issue, the video was excellent so thank you very much for uploading it; it served as a helpful jog of the memory.
