Delta and United's lounges at that airport are nicer. Granted, not by much, given that it's RDU, but still. I will also say it's nice to see the Big 3 airlines maintaining lounges at an airport the size of RDU.
American airline really should do better with their clubs. I know there are newer ones rolling out by AA. Looking at this club, the food selection is so bad compared to some Chinese airlines such as Cathay Pacific or China Eastern. they serve hot food by order without need to pay extra.
Yes and no, Cathay's lounges tend to be at larger airports, so not sure there is a valid comparison to them having a lounge at an airport similar to RDU.
