  • This video shows how I installed new exterior window felts, quarter window trim and adjusted the windows in my 1970 Olds Rallye 350 4 Speed. These steps should hold true for all 1968 -1972 GM A Body Intermediates, Olds Cutlass, Chevy Malibu, Pontiac Tempest and Buick Skylark.

    Excellent video! I am replacing window felts on my 69 442. Not going as planned as rubber is not setting as I though it should on the outside paint. Looks like I have some drilling negotiating to do with the repo slots.

      I had to drill and trim as well. Good luck with the install, definitely worth it when you get finished.

      @@SPSteve I've watched several of your videos on the Ralley 350. You do an excellent job of laying out your videos. Too many people move too quickly or not quickly enough and don't focus their video on the key components of the install.

      When I bought new door panels they were already installed. So, I haven't tried to replace any.

    Any advice on getting rid of wind noise on passenger side window?...when riding above 40mph...

    • @SPSteve
      @SPSteve  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      the only advise I can give is to check your weather stripping to glass for gaps. If there are gaps it'll have wind noise. Have you noticed any water getting past the windows when you wash the car?
