I got my first Uigeadail bottle recently , but didn't tried it yet. first time trying this high ABV , wish me luck! Cheers , thanks for great review

I can only agree. Absolut excellent whisky. Without water impossible to drink for me…to much strong like peaty hot coal in mouth…with water absolute powerful sweet peaty whisky. It’s peaty 💎.

@@McIntyresMalts that's alright, it is very good stuff. Would love to get a 2003 vintage of it as it contains 30+ year old sherried Ardbeg from the 70s.

one moment is really embarrassing that each next release of Uigeadail is weaker, less intense than the previous one. The 2013 release is vastly distinctly better than the 2022. Do you have the same opinion ?
I hear this comment quite a lot. I haven't been fortunate enough to try Uigeadail from 2013. Hopefully it doesn't diminish from here 🥃
I HATED this at first...it was powerful rubbery meaty smoke hit and I didn't know what to make of it...
after a few weeks, poured another dram
.. damn it
.. it is special.... its tar, rubber, smoke, red fruit, meat.. so unique and unforgettable..I will make that bottle last and will try other Ardbegs now
Yeah that's the beauty of whisky isn't it! The evolving flavours even after the bottle has been opened, it definitely takes you on a journey!
