First Light Guiding is launching: 'Spirit of the Mountains' Self Mastery through Mountaineering.
Using mountains as a vehicle for self discovery, the purpose of this unique course is to open the gates of self development potential during an immersive 5 day retreat in the Southern Alps. It is facilitated by Gavin Lang and an expert in the field of Self Mastery, Stef Sifandos.
The course was designed to involve each participant at the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical level to ensure a positive and uplifting outcome.
