Raising Bottle Calves

Raising bottle calves takes dedication, patience, and lots of love. Raising a bull is a challenge (I will not do again), but we managed to raise them, breed them, and my sweet EllieMae gave birth to a healthy bull calf. Being a Holstein I was able to milk her, make butter, cheese, buttermilk, and yogurt.
