And her dance crew The lab are rest of the dancers here. Did you notice that 2 members (Jungkook and Jimin) were barefoot, this is because they just finished practicing black swan.The fact that they can produce a performance like this right after a challenging choreo like Black Swan is a testiment to their natural and amazing abilities.

Sienna Lalau also choreographed J-Hope's Chicken Noodle Soup and Dionysus. While they aren't featured in the ON performances, BTS used the UCLA Bruins marching band for the recorded version.
The Lab are amazing dancers, they won World of Dance before and have such great teamwork and synchronization. Their WoD performances are fireee, and it was amazing seeing BTS and The Lab work together

The reason I really like On is the passion in it. Like Boy with luv, DNA, Fake love, idol, not bad choreos by any means, but they lack soul..? If that makes sense. They go ham in On, so that's why I prefer it over some others
They seriously blow me away with how well they use floor space, BS&T is a really good example of it, like you said. Their spatial awareness is off the charts especially in songs like this and also songs like Spring Day as well. Even when they’re all doing completely different choreography it still feels like they are moving as a complete unit and that is amazing to me. Honestly I don’t consider ON to be their hardest choreography, one of their most high energy for sure, (right up there with Dionysus) but technically hardest, probably not. But that’s only my opinion, everyone will find different things harder and easier, it all depends on who is doing it after all.

I don't know if you noticed, in the ON mv two of the members Jimin, the blonde with the ponytail and Jungkook, with the long sleeve white shirt were barefoot. It's risky to dance such an advanced choreography barefoot in a dance with a lot of other people
