Hii sir. From ignition switch of my yamaha rx 135 one of the wire has come out so i dont know were to soder it so plz can u send the clear picture of such wires if possible.

Try using RD-175 handle bar gives you superb comfort on long rides ( in our times in 90"s when the bike was brought from showroom the must mods done were :- the rear tyre was changed to 3:25 * 16 and the front to 3:00 * 18 (MRF Nylogrip) also the handle was changed and the seal beam to the premier Padmini one with a halogen connector with a good TCI kit)
Nice video and the restoration seems to come from pure passion.
Is the silencer exhaust a retro fit, because the 2002 models were coming with cat-con silencer.

Hassan bhai our bikes are just so similar
Even I own the same 135 black color, same handle bar with the protaper,same rear shocks, infact even the exhaust note is similar.
All the guys wondering about the exhaust note the secret to get this sound in 135 is chopping the original muffler into half or even little less than that , the over all muffler should be approx 5 inches you will get the same exhaust note.

This exhaust note always takes me back to my college days at Kolkata...I occasionally used to get to ride this machine....I literally had to beg off the guy for giving me to take for a ride..10 min k liye deta tha, aur mai lauta ta ek ghanta baad...😂😂

Bro I’m having RX135 4speed 2002 model , I’m not using bike since 2012 and it’s almost like zero condition . I want to restore completely is it a good idea or not ? Can I get my bike back like as it was new ?
If the rc is available and if you are willing to spend time and money then yes it would be a good idea. If you dont have patience then buying a restored one with valid rc would make more sense. It can surely be restored like it came from showroom but that would require money and time. Would be an expensive affair
Also one thing I want to tell you keep your bike in stock condition only. It will help you in long time.

Kicker is rx 135-5 speed, better install the original one.
That kick is original because this model originally has full catcon

Forks don't work like they should. Also affects coneset, brake cable and Speedometer cable are stretched too.

Cdi has nothing to do with brightness of light.
Brightness depends on lighting coil & Rotor (magnet) condition.

Bro I have a suzuki samurai and ive changed the cdi from original one to swiss. On the original one carburetor af screw was 2 turns out. But on new swiss one bike only runs on half turn out from fully seated. Please help bro

It depends on various reasons. Also, tuning on every bike or every setup is different. Get it tuned by another mechanic and check.
@@motosoul Okay bro, but I dont want to give my bike to any mechanic coz im an automobile engineer and even I rebuilt my bike from a to z. Even though ive tuned my carb previously without any issues. But this time after rebore im facing issues which I couldn’t find exact solution for those. Right now im facing issues with my carb is bike doesn’t accelerate when choke is opened, and bike runs only on half turn out on air screw from fully seated, even though it runs lean. This time ive refilled fresh fuel with 40ml of 2t oil in 1l petrol. And bike is getting stalled when accelerating but it runs on idle. No vacuum leaks from head or bore or from carburetor. Every thing is sealed perfectly. Please help bro.

No bikes are going to be scrapped. Green tax would be increased. That's it. Renewal would become expensive. They are not banning anything

Anywhere between 1lakh to 3lakhs. It also depends on the confirmation
Very difficult to get an rd350 under 2lakhs these days. If you are lucky you can get a scrap rd for a lakh. But in the end you end up spending 2-3lakhs or even more

👋 i want to know why you have removed the cat silencer? & fitted to one chrome silencer.
Catcon is a heavy silencer. Weighs 12kgs. Also it restricts performance alot. Chrome one works best for performance. Catcon has lots of filters inside which make it restrictive

(i agree about that) but I never feel that bike is not performing well in the speed matter definitely it doesn't throw the sound but in the matter of speed the speed doesn't gets slow than oe. This i am telling about my experience bco I also own Rd 350 Rx 100 Rx 135 oe chrome Rx 135 cat & also Rx135 5 speed cat. Also I want to tell that I am the single proud owner of this legendary machines.

Not sure you are in Bangalore but if you are - could you tell me to the 'safest' way to get myself an RX135 restored and passed all legit stuff. I have always had a fascination for one and wanted to get one for myself. Any recommendations?
I am from Hyderabad but it's better to buy an rx which has valid rc, check engine number and chassis number. Better if you could ask a fellow rx owner to help you out.

No, 135 has a different muffler, This is not too loud like the RX100. The RX100 muffler doesn't sound good in 135.

Not stock. Haven't done welding like the rx100 ones. But reduced the length of the stock 135 muffler
