my last 'baby' is coming up on 34 - I've had my stomach cut open three times, in two different directions, and carried four babies there. I have the mom belly big time, but just watching the first few exercises I am seeing that I will not be able to do them. I can't get down on my knees due to too many surgeries and a full knee replacement. Any ideas on how to work around my issues would be appreciated

Abdominal separation or diastasis recti occurs when the rectus abdominis muscles separate in the midline of the body. Two-thirds of postpartum women and one-third of overweight or obese patients suffer from this condition.
I did his two week mommy Tummy video months ago and that two weeks brought my abs back together! I still had some belly there but it didn't protrude anymore. I've been following him and looking great just in months! His workouts help.

Due to the floor being so hard and no carpet Can this be done on the bed. ( the mat is not enough support and hurts. If not please provide other alternatives with good results as well. Appreciate it. I will look through some of your other videos to see. Thanks

I never had this until I had a fibrome and had to do a hyrectomy and now when im over 50.. that bottom part over my privates seems to be the only thing i cant muscle up... i hope this do it. Never had bad confidence..love me as I am and if you cant, thats not for me. Im still me. ❤❤

I showed that last one to my 13 year old and he did it! He goes almost all the way to the floor!! He says his P.E. teacher works them out good, though. He retired from the Cardinals football team and he's really good with the kids! My son said they do workouts Mr. London does. Nice!
