I am so happy to have found these videos. I especially love the way Lidia shares the special way she handles the ingredients as well as the reasons she does what she does.
@corryjookit7818: You? Likely have someone else to cook the whole dinner. Simple! Please, just stick to bringing home a bucket of chicken or TV dinners since you don’t appreciate the process of preparing, cooking and serving for those you love.
@frikdt: This isn’t the channel for the impatient or those looking to get credit for taking the time to prepare a great meal. You likely get your Thanksgiving dinner at Boston Market, hide the containers and make a kitchen mess so people think you cared to prepare a meal. You’re keeping the TV dinner industry in business!
@@johnpickford4222 Your most entertaining Thanksgiving scenario has just a few minor flaws in it: I'm not an American, I don't live in the USA, I don't do Thanksgiving dinners, and I don't pretend spending time preparing meals for others; in fact, the only thing you sort of got right was the part about keeping the TV dinner industry in business: My friends & family all know that when they visit, the only choice they get is which takeout to order. Nevertheless, I wish you much enjoyment of of the meticulously prepared chops-minus-meat from this clip.

Instructions for the impatient:
1. Remove all meat from the chops and discard.
2. Sear the bone for a very short period.
3. Serve and enjoy.
