Great video, thank you! I just opened my shop and have my first listing. I work for a small company, looking to expand. We have invested over the last two years into several machines and the time to learn them. We have a small co2 laser, a cnc router, cnc plasma table, 54" vinyl cutter/printer/laminator, and powdercoating. With this i am very open to what I can do. My problem is retail, I'm just the guy that can make you something nice. I don't know how to advertise or market a product, let alone decide what product to make. I would appreciate your checklist and any other materials I would find useful. I plan to watch more videos tonight. Thanks!

Thanks for this. Gives me confidence to set up an Etsy shop after selling hand embroidery/ hand felt at markets - and usually for cash! There were bits I didn't understand, but there's enough to get me started. I'm a bit worried about photographing my work. I'll look for a video that gives me tips on that aspect.
I will be retiring in two years and I am looking for a side hustle when I retire, but all of this is overwhelming or seems that way to me it is definitely not simple. Thank you for the information.

Great video, thank you! I just opened my shop and have my first listing. I work for a small company, looking to expand. We have invested over the last two years into several machines and the time to learn them. We have a small co2 laser, a cnc router, cnc plasma table, 54" vinyl cutter/printer/laminator, and powdercoating. With this i am very open to what I can do. My problem is retail, I'm just the guy that can make you something nice. I don't know how to advertise or market a product, let alone decide what product to make. I would appreciate your checklist and any other materials I would find useful. I plan to watch more videos tonight. Thanks!

Thanks for this. Gives me confidence to set up an Etsy shop after selling hand embroidery/ hand felt at markets - and usually for cash! There were bits I didn't understand, but there's enough to get me started. I'm a bit worried about photographing my work. I'll look for a video that gives me tips on that aspect.
