They never mentioned the reason & I wasn't able to ask. But during our trip, they used it as storage.

Hi sir how did you book for your ticket? Because I went to their website but the earliest time of departure they have is 6am. Apparently I needed to be in bangkok before noon. Do they have night time departures? Thank you

Hi @user-gx9bu4yq3w, I did notice some stores by the border of Thailand but wasn't able to ask around if they were selling sim cards. The bus offers free wifi and you can ask the bus driver or the bus representative where to buy them there.
What time is the departure time? And how many trips daily? also the location of the bus station when it search on the map 😊

i was confused with the bus office .. can we go straight to the vikram bus station?
Yes, you can go directly to the bus station. The only reason for us to go to the bus office is because it was convenient & near our hotel accommodation & they provide free transport to the bus station.
Is this a new bus line Bangkok to Seim Reap or has this line always existed? And how many pieces of luggage are you allowed to take with you on the bus?
I don't know if they are a new line, but it doesn't seem that way. We were allowed 1 check baggage & 1 carry-on.
@ZIGGY ZAG Hmmm... do you think they would allow us to carry 3 or 4 pieces of luggage if we paid more? Sometimes, one luggage and one carry-on isn't enough.

it has been a while. I do not remember it to be open 24 hours. It is in the video the time we went inside the border.
How long was the trip?
The trip itself was only about 6 hours, it's the time you spend in the immigration border that is difficult to estimate.

Over 8 hrs, depending on the queue at the Cambodian border.

Are the big luggages allowed in bus?
Think of it like a plane, you are allowed 1 big luggage to be placed in their trunk & 1 carry on inside the bus.
@@ZIGGYZAG22 like we are three persons we can carry each one of us 1 big luggage like around 10-15 kgs and 1 small luggage like a carry on hand bag with 7kgs?
@stephanymorales9240 that's what I experienced but please check with your bus provider to be sure of luggage allowance & allocation.

I have no idea about this. You can try to inquire directly from the bus company if it is possible/allowed.

@@dropin409 we bought our bus trip/ticket online. I've attached their link on the description. If you watched the video, it's a 1st hand experience and the bus company guide assisted and instructed us on the necessary info we need during the immigration crossing.
