Starting July in Beeston and getting used to spending time apart. Stu makes us go for a run, we insert our very first self made ad for Holy Hydration drinks and many odd jobs get done.

I (Stu) grew up on the fringes of East Anglia, so while I don't know Norfolk as well, we used to day trip and go on holiday there, in fact we had a family holiday there and went for a days boating on the broads. It's been nice learning more about the nature and history of the land and considering how nature and the environment we live in helps to shape us. Good morning. Thanks for another great video. As far as the hydration drinks go though, I'm afraid I'm not on board. Whats wrong with just water or a bottle of dilutable juice? May be just me, who knows. Keep safe and happy cruising 🛳
@stokecarpanglers one of the ranges the hydration company does contains electrolytes, which I think are needed after exercise. Some people don't like plain water 🤷🏾♀️
Thanks for watching! Nothing wrong with water or squash 😊 we usually just drink water and only occasionally want flavours though, so tidy little sachets work well for us (and is essentially hydrating squash in powder form)
For people who get a lot of exercise, especially in dehydrating conditions like desert wind, or on a very hot day, it's a good idea to add electrolytes to your water. That's what Gatorade is. But if you are traveling and don't want to carry the plastic bottle with the liquid inside as well as the electrolytes, or if you don't want to create extra plastic waste, or if you are avoiding sugar, then something that comes in little packets might be a good idea.
