I have a similar deck but instead of Alextrasza i run Shade of Naxxramas which works incredibly well for some reason. You just let it sit there, tank the whirlwinds giving you armor but not dieing and really late in the game you let him attack for huge burst like alex but he only costs 3! of course, hes not as reliable as alexstrasza and can't heal you so he has his pros and cons, but most of the time hes also better against aggro ,espcially in your starting hand and he has been doing a surprisingly great job for me :)

I don't understand why would you use unsable ghoul over whirlwind. You can't rely on the whirlwind effect of the unstable AND can't use it when you need it, you have to rely on your opponent.
Cause it gives you something to play, an early unstable ghoul with a pain and a armorsmith is a very strong play and if the opponent has a 3/2 2 drop out or something it dies and you get value off your other stuff
ye do it, having 2x less removals is pretty good start, i mean ppl will be playing like, omg must watch out for those shield slams, and you are like up yours, bitch i aint having them
Alex and Grom are the essential ones. Then your removals, so not having shield slams is pretty bad, but guess you could substitute one of them with a Big Game Hunter.

It's a road to grind it out but it's still possible to with daily quest good getting arenas etc. it took me 2 years after I started playing in season 1 to get all the LoL champs... But I could have bought them with money... That's the key word, "could" you don't HAVE to... That'd be P2W

Incorrect I didnt drop any money on HS til I decided that I wanted to grind to legendary around february. Ive cracked 5 legendaries from prizes (Cairne, Sylvanas, Alex, Nat, Horseman) learn to draft well and go infinite on gold and guess what? you wont have to buy any packs UNLESS you want a shot at top 16. Then ya better start paying.
I was playing hearthstone (no i don't have tirion i wish) and for the first time i see this guy golden portrait with Heroic naxx back card, so I'm like in my head wow this guy gotta be really skilled, and it was a mage, i played with my best shot, using full deck theme naxx cards, and that guy just play like he was total noob, i don't get it what happend but it was good feeling when i pwned him back to casul land

I hate Sylvanas. Maybe the best legendary in the game, together with dr. Boom but she costs less and can be played earlier, also cannot be killed but BGH and usually turns the game. It's the legendary almost every deck runs and I still do not have it. I usually lose to Sylvanas, especially in Priest decks, accompanied by Cabal Shadow Priests and Mind Controls.

Easily make the cards you want with the exceptions of Legendaries... because they cost 1600 and that's quite a bit of dust to save up.
I've got about 4k dust just from grinding cards I never play and arena wins. 1000g I'm sitting on to keep going. It's possible just the start is slow.
