Great vid I'm a service engineer and have to say I carry out all the same procedure as you have just described , quick question as I'm a bit of a techy lol what app do you use on your iPad for your record keeping.
Hi Mark, you stress the importance of the pressure vessel, what symptoms, when it is low on pressure have you seen from you experience ? .. BTW excellent channel full of info
+Chris Anderson High rate of pressure increase when in heating operation, regular pressure loss (usually through the PRV), and can cause slow heating circulation, or radiators on the end of the circuit don't heat up as much as the rest of the system.
That sounds like just like the problem I have on my glow worm compact installed 2002 ish I will take a look / point my gas engineer in that direction , thanks again :-)

Just a licence to print money reason they check every thing is to waste time and charge the poor customers a fortune. Most important part of a service to a boiler is to hover the carbon out and check no gas leaks. My Dad was a gas fitter for the huge firms all his life and told me all the cons in this game. Dont forget to frighten your customers with horror story's they will allways want the boiler looked at. If the build of these boilers was like they where years ago the boilers would not break down. I've lived in many Country's and when I've asked about gas boiler servicing they said the same thing if it's not broke why pay a person a huge amount of money just in case it may break in the future and when it does they will rob you blind yet again. Years gone by people never paid to get a boiler annually serviced any jobs if it broke down was a simple matter of repairs not a load of bluffing by these company's. It's very easy this type of work and easily available on the Internet of how to service any gas or oil boiler. Why do these people charge so much money for parts and labour when the parts at trade price are never exspensive in the first place. This industry is the same as car clamping was frighten, your customers get in get out get paid, it's day light robbery.

Two usually, maybe three at most if the properties are close together.
