I'm sorry I don't have any experience investing on their platform.
Nice presentation (my Mentor from a distance) but I think what will be more realistic is for one to insert his own average share price; otherwise, what will be double digits for the general average share price, may be single digit and vice versa.
Overall, I think, what the attraction to MTN is their intrinsic value. They've carved a niche in the telecommunications industry.
That intrinsic value is what I call father christmas investment without money in my pocket. 😅 leave matter my brother, na intrinsic we go chop?
Not sure I understand the "insert his own average shareprice". I got the average from real data from last year's share prices, you can't just insert your own figures. It's really sad that MTN did not pay investors. They have lost the goodwill
What about first bank? Has they pay dividends for 2023?
The FBN Holdings I talked about in the video is the trading name for First Bank. They are slacking, there's no infomation on their website nor NGX website for any dividends. At least up till this point.
You didn't talk about capital appreciation, to me that's more important than dividends.
Capital "appreciation" is only on paper and ZERO earnings till you sell. We are talking about earnings (dividends) in this video.

No cause for alarm, their intrinsic value will stand the taste of time.
I believe a financial year runs from March/April to March/April the following year.
