Absolutely love the phone box with the beech and you are absolutely spot on with technique for the sycamore. mine are probably a week or so behind yours for pruning the bigger leaves. Great stuff :)

Thanks Xav. Yeah the Sycamore sure is putting out a lot of leaves. Won't be long until it needs another pruning.
Hopefully over time the beech will grow more into the design.
