Climbed Tapulao twice 2008 and 2010. I can still remember the struggle the 1st time as there no markings. we encountered 2 NPAs and adult and a child around 13 with GUNS. back then the trail was wider and the campsite has 2 houses, one of the best climbs we had. Ran all the way down in less than 2 hours by force because of the trail

That trip up Mt Tapulao looked like a bit of ordeal. So windy and you all looked so cold. I bet that this is one of the ones you will remember in future years! I still remember being cold, wet and walking through the night, although I can't remember too much about the fine weather before or after. It all adds to the memories.
