How can you justify paying someone more, when we have the worst rated schools in the nation. Pay increases should only be based on performance. That does not mean indoctrination. 😮
Pay good teachers more and can the bad ones
The PED is a failed experiment. Power must be returned to the LOCAL school boards.
Increasing the time kids spend with overwhelmed, underpaid, and unenthusiastic teachers will not fix a single thing.
