Recently deleted my 6.7 Cummins thanks to your video on that, now we can delete my friends powerstroke, you are awesome, best mechanical TH-camr out there👍
Your Videos have given me the interest to get into diesels. I've been wanting to get something for a long while but lack of knowledge and you ]have really helped give me the incentive to move forward. PLS don't stop your videos they are awesome.!!!!
I’ve been really hesitant on deleting my powerstroke (specially being that i live in California and at this point it’s almost illegal to breath lol) but I have the entire kit for delete with a 5” exhaust pipe, Inter cooler piping kit, except the ezLynk and a company with tunes. But now with this video, I’m now anxious to get it done!! Thanks man, I loved the step by step!
I'd be scared too, to attempt this down in commiefornia. Just don't loose your factory parts, cause you just may be putting back on at some point...if your not 'racing off-road in mexico' anymore. Theres no vehicle inspection down there? What about carb stuff? I thought you couldn't even own an older diesel like pre-emissions ('08 or '10 model year) in CA? It sucks how bad the 'man' is getting with this stuff that we do to OUR OWN VEHICLES, just to make them run better, & more efficiently. 👍🏻👌🏻🛠️🔧⛓️⚙️🚜💨⚠️🍻
California only became a horrible place after they gave the illegals amnesty back in the late 80’s or early 90’s. Then the illegals voted for who ever gave them the most, aka democrats. All the republicans were voted out and you see what we have today. True story, now what’s going to happen with the current situation we have when they give amnesty to the 8-10 million that have come in at the southern boarder? More proof that free stuff works, the Republicans freed the slaves and now they vote democrat because of programs that give them stuff.
Another phenomenal, informative, video buddy!! I am more biased to your Ram content but I thoroughly enjoyed watching you work your magic on this Ford. Keep the content coming.
I'm also running the EZ link with proven tunes. Finally doing the egr, ccv delete, cold side pipe, rad and waterpump this weekend, on my 17. Alberta. YEG
After watching a couple of these I have to wonder why you can't just get a block off plate for the exhaust tubes and leave the cooler on the engine? This would save a lot of work and make it look stock unless you really know what to look for. I may be missing something but it would be a lot more simple.
Great video!!!! My 2019 is deleted and tuned. Guy that deleted the truck just turned off the EGR with the tune. I am wanting to remove the cooler now and do a manifold and piping kit. Can I just do what you did in the video and not have to mess with the tune?
Ya you shouldn’t have to mess with the tune. If you’re unsure just unplug the egr and throttle valve and drive the truck, it shouldn’t throw any engine lights or perform any differently. As long as it’s running good unplugged you can remove it
Hey man I just purchased a 2019 myself. Would love some tips and resources if you don't mind. Looking to delete the EGR and dpf and eventually the def. I've already have a tuner from my 6.0 I have the sct livewire.
So on that bracket you cut I was able to move mine with two little pry bars. Not sure if mine was just loose or what but didn't have to cut it atleast.
Hello. I’m from Alberta and love your videos. I’m in the market for a new welding rig and wondering what you recommend out of the 3? I’m not brand loyal but want something reliable and not have issues as I can’t afford down time. I’m highly considering going gas and my last diesel was a 08 Cummins and it was so so lol
I'm sick and tired of spending money on fixing my 2018 F350 dually related to emissions, I only have 114,000 km and it's already costing me a shit ton in sensors for the exhaust. I could have been half way to a conplete delete kit with what I have spent. Such a waste of money. I'm in Ontario and will probably be purchasing the items needed from dirty diesel to delete everything I can. I feel like I could probably do most of this myself , I just need a little more confidence to do it.
I just posted two videos on how to tune a 6.7 powerstroke. On Sunday I’m posting a video showing how to fully delete a 2017-2019 powerstroke. This is the kit I recommend you get, it’s also the kit I’m using in the video shrsl.com/4ke0k
Hey question I've been looking for anything on the DIAL you put on the dash. What exactly is it for ? what's best setting for this. City driving ? Hiway driving ? Pulling? And number 4 for showing off ? Lol I'm confused. If you have done something on this little dial.. Great videos
Theres a Primary & a Secondary radiator on these to make sure they stay cool when being worked. No smoking trans from 200+ degree engine oil anymore!👍🏻👌🏻🛠️🔧⛓️⚙️🦺🚜💨⚠️🤔🍻
@@ChristianoFX No, I don't know anyone up there, I'm down in Buffalo. Maybe ask Darkhorsediesel -hes up in Canada but not Ontario tho. It's not a difficult job to do EGR at all, if you have tools you can handle it in an afternoon! Good luck! 👍🏻👌🏻🛠️🔩 ✊🏻🦅🇺🇲
Hey man I’m one of your fans and I’m always watching your videos, so you happen to still have the extra hose? If so could i have it? I’d pay for shipping. I have an older 6.7 and they sent me a kit with a damaged hose and won’t replace the hose…
Thank you for your very informative video. I look forward to every upload I have but one question how did you take off those two bowls that you were talking about the ones that like to break did you use a tool or did you do it by hand? Thank you for your videos.
Just be careful with them. They are only 8mm bolts(got updated to +10mm few yrs later) & they're titanium so when you break them its gonna be a PIA to drill out. Just don't go crazy with a 1/2" impact on full blast. Use a baby 1/4" ratchet, patience, lubricant & torch\heat to help if necessary. It'll be fine if you take it easy.👍🏻👌🏻🛠️🔧🍻
Hey I was wanting to ask you this question it is related to your 2022 Cummins delete I was wanting to know the e.c.m. swap you did would that also work on a 2023 Cummins as well
Can we do this same mod on the 2015 F450 by chance? Most driving is empty but I have a massive truckbed camper that I need payload capacity for. Yea...I know, why have a 450 as a daily driver if I'm worried about MPG but I am curious what kind of MPG I can get out of something like this with a delete (for racing only of course) if I want to get better economy
Solid video man! My 16 has been deleted for quite some time now but I’m noticing it’s now using oil between changes (256k now). Is that normal for higher mileage diesels?
Great video I'm hoping to in the next year by if I'm lucky enough 2017 I really want a 67 diesel but I'm afraid of all the scary info I've been hearing if that could go wrong so I'm debating between that and a 6.2 L gas F-250 but I really want the Powerstroke F250 I'm just afraid great video thank you
Weird stuff like idle fluctuations, weird shifting, power loss, etc. doesn’t always happen but sometimes it can cause these things if you leave it plugged in that’s why you’re supposed to unplug it when doing a delete.
Not a stupid question. Yes I always tune the truck first. I will be releasing a video soon on the whole process (tune, dpf/def, egr) on a 2020 powerstroke. But here is the kit for the 17-19 powerstroke shrsl.com/4cjs5
I believe you need to undo that sensor because if you have a tuner, one of the gauges won’t work, you have to take it off the And switch it with one on the deaf system There’s another guy on TH-cam he goes by COLTS WAY he can explain it in detail if you need more info about it
I had my 18 350 deleted early this month, now I'm getting engine codes u0074 and u0106. Communication with module for glow plugs. Everything I read seems to be in regards to the delete. Any recommendations?

what are the challenges with deleting EGR on a 2023 F250 ? Will it cause engine lights ? This is for off road use of course.

First of all thanks for sharing, but I do have a question about the def fluid, how to delete and get rid of it?

I'm a little concerned that that bracket you cut is holding that wiring harness that could have been a ground for that wire
The thing you “didn’t know what it was” on the wiring harness looks like a dealership gps
That mystery box looks like a GPS tracker.

HI Bro, Nice truck channel ! Do you still open to reviewing tools like car obd2 scanner?
You and Norm McDonald agree on the pronunciation of I ron.
16:48 for unplugging the Throttle valve. What happens if you don’t? Like what are the symptoms I guess?
Weird stuff like idle fluctuations, weird shifting, power loss, etc. doesn’t always happen but sometimes it can cause these things if you leave it plugged in that’s why you’re supposed to unplug it when doing a delete.
Did you have to delete everything on the truck or will it be fine with just deleting the egr? Just got my first diesel truck lol
If you are deleting the egr you have to delete the dpf/def (exhaust).

Where you guys get your kits at
Heard to leave EGR intact by Ford Mechanic. Anyone have the answer to that ? Also heard adding shims to EGR. What does any body know about that ?
Where can get a delete file for my tuner
What is the reason for unplugging the throttle valve?
Sometimes it can do weird things after the fact and cause loss of power or weird idle patters. Unplugging it ensures it can’t do that.
Don’t they make a throttle delete
Just need to install the egt probe use one of the ones off the exhaust
