That and no heat seeking missile would have been usable. This is actually a thing being taken into account in military circles today, it's fine and dandy to have your multimillion dollar uber stealth mach 2.5 5th gen ultimate badass fighter. If that fighter is trying to down a crop duster, it's going to have a hard time, simple due to the speed mismatch, and the simple fact that a top tier fighter is designed to fight other top tier fighters, not crop dusters. They are seriously looking at small turboprop single engine aircraft for close ground support, drone hunting, and the like where high maneuverability at low speeds and latitudes is no issue; and the aircraft is cheap enough you don't mind losing a few (as long as the pilot lives).

Jingles - you can still eat pasta, rice and potatos as a cold dish. If its properly chilled for 24 hours after being boiled the starch molecules will change shape and not be absorbed by the gut. That probably was just the first time they were deployed in the last 20 years. I was incredibly lucky and still had a total of 3 deployments. Why do I say lucky? I'd either be transferred into a unit right after they got back from a unit, or I would leave right before they announced a deployment. Some of the guys I know and serve with have 4 or 5 deployments if not more.

When I did my service in the Swedish armed forces, we said "Over and Out" if I was finished in the radio-chat but i didnt know if the other part had something more to say. IF he had something more to say he would say it, the end with "Over and Out" since he didnt know if I had a reply for him. IF he didnt have anything more to say, he would go "Out" or just stop chatting. All of this in Swedish ofc so the exakt working might make more sense in Swedish.
Hamburg things to do a couple of things for war buffs: miniature wonderland (model trains and planes), the museum of the firestorm at St. Nicolai Cathedral (very thought provoking) and the maritime museum are all good things to do
The last time we deployed to the middle east, there was a thing called Sapphire that was a mobile hot spot, no local simcard needed. It was great and depending on what country you was in there was a plan for there. A lot different between the first deployment where i stood in line for hours to get a 5 minute call home to tell my mom and dad I was alive.

I got my wisdom teeth removed when I was in my early twenties. The dentist froze one side of my face, and removed 2. Then a week or 2 later, he froze the other side, and removed the last 2. It wasn't fun, but I had no complications, and it wasn't that painful.
Dont Dread about the Wisdom tooth/molar removal Gnome-Overlord. A trained Physician and modern day painkillers make it feel gnarly for couple of hours, but apart from that it´s bit achy and leake for couple of days later, had only one that required removal removed in 20´s they made a small cut in to the outer gum side so they could loosen the root, as the tooth wasn´t able to break open the gum, couple gnarly feeling yanks, and some side to side action, and bob was it´s uncle, after they filled the leftover hole with biodegrading Gauze-pellet, Took about a week to properly seal off, because was a smoker at the time, and had a habit of drinking monumental amounts of coffee. They Take X-rays before even starting, in a worst-case scenario, they have to perform it under general anesthesia, but that´s usually quite rare.

Very, very, unlikely. He mentioned this subject either in a previous Q&A or a MwJ. It's just too awkward to try and film and cook at the same time, trying to get all the angles in so you can see inside the pans (for example), remembering to talk, trying to minimise the noise coming from the food actually cooking so you can hear what is being said and dodging the feline overlords, etc. So the ones we have are likely to be the only ones we ever have.
I liked John Carter quite a bit. I think it flopped because Disney did basically zero advertising for it. It was originally named John Carter of Mars, but they changed it just before release. Maybe that would have helped.
My son's classmate, a 10 year old girl, was at a gun show ( yeah -- USA, where else ? 🙄) where she was allowed to fire rounds from a tripod mounted 50 caliber machine gun. While firing it, one of the tripod's legs failed and the gun toppled and crushed the girl's skull. The cost of "gun freedom" here in the land of idiocy.
If you're happy to watch DVDs then .. - Lucky*Star - it is by the same animation studio who did Keion. Was originally a 4-koma strip in a computer mag - main female character is a micky take of a perverted otaku. Works very well. Also (as I'm looking to rewatch it shortly) - The Water Margin - even with the dub it is great.
I think Disney have been trying to do the theme park ride movies for ages. The one right after was The Haunted Mansion with Eddie Murphy that failed. Jungle Cruise failed because of Covid and it was an alright movie, considering it was just The Mummy but in a jungle.
If anybody ever gets a chance to go to Hamburg, don't forget to get a steak "hamburg style." Yes, this is where the humble hamburger gets it's name. ^-^ Man, i actually love German food, but if i lived there i would weigh over 1000lbs. That food is so heavy and calorie dense, you really have to watch out. It's VERY easy to over eat there, as i discovered.
They should never have fired the gun on the FV4005 in the first place. I think they decided it was crazy to try to fire it over the side even in the tests.
Have to agree about the "Expanse" Novels and TV series. Absolutely believable. The Amazon series did feel rushed but still good. Oh and Amazon Ad's really suck!
Right, so series to watch that Jingles might like ... or maybe not, what the hell do I know? - The Gentlemen ... if you like Guy Ritchie's Lock Stock style. - Fallout , the series actually turned out not bad at all. Of course it's better if you're familiar with the fallout universe. Walton Goggins is of course a treat to watch. - Foundation. Yeah, I know, it's Apple. And how can something Apple makes possibly have any substance and not be total shit underneath a thin layer of finely polished veneer? Well, I guess some people actually cared when they made this. Lee Pace is great in this. And it's Asimov. - Shogun. Yes, the 2024 remake of the 1980 classic. It's pretty good! I enjoyed it. - Raised by Wolves. An intelligent show, and it's obvious that Ridley Scott was involved (producer). At times I thought I didn't like it becaue it's a bit bleak, yet I still wanted to watch all of it. - Slow Horses. Tinker-taylor misfits with Gary Oldman. Ok, don't shoot me for this one: - Andor. Yes, it's Star Wars. But at a whole different pace, so it's not at all much like Star Wars. It's a bit slow at times (for Star Wars), but they've done a lot of world building, it's well thought out, and has a great supporting cast.
i recently got kingdom come deliverance and i love it . for 7 quid that i paid its a no brainer . i did a search to see if jingles had done a playthrough because i think it would be a fun watch with some of the stuff that happens

had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out in Navy Boot camp in 1987, they dislocated my jaw in the process
The sadness in jingles’s voice certainly bites
I hate dentists, too. And that story of seeing your old Captain was hilarious
jeeves and wooster ,blackadder and many more , hugh Laurie
hamburg? has an u boat museum, and miniatur wunderland, the largest scale model train in europe
If you still need a recomendation I would offer up Justified for action and Kim's Convience for comedy.
Good episode, great Gnome overlord!
You'll like Strange New Worlds.
Jingles, perfectly timed for coffee again!
Nothing makes me happier than Disney losing money.😂😊
Starfleet is not a military entity but it really is.
I think Disney have been trying to do the theme park ride movies for ages. The one right after was The Haunted Mansion with Eddie Murphy that failed. Jungle Cruise failed because of Covid and it was an alright movie, considering it was just The Mummy but in a jungle.
If you go low or zero carb you can eat as much protein and fat as you'd like. It's the combination of all 3 macros that end up getting you.
Thumbnail says Q&Q.... classic Jingles
The expanse is really cool :)
If anybody ever gets a chance to go to Hamburg, don't forget to get a steak "hamburg style." Yes, this is where the humble hamburger gets it's name. ^-^
Man, i actually love German food, but if i lived there i would weigh over 1000lbs.
Ok, don't shoot me for this one:
- Andor. Yes, it's Star Wars. But at a whole different pace, so it's not at all much like Star Wars. It's a bit slow at times (for Star Wars), but they've done a lot of world building, it's well thought out, and has a great supporting cast.
Regarding wisdom teeth: "This is going to be a challenge" are not words you want to hear from an oral surgeon. Especially a US Army oral surgeon.
Q+Q?
Less q.q, more pew pew! ;)
I grew up with Hugh Laurie in Blackadder and Jeeves and Wooster. My biggest problem with House MD is hearing him with an American accent.
Yeaaa Amazon is tempting me to "surprise download" their content from certain unscrupulous websites
If you had a choice between having Conqueror or TOG II restored to running condition, which would you choose? (Be careful what you wish for!)
i recently got kingdom come deliverance and i love it . for 7 quid that i paid its a no brainer . i did a search to see if jingles had done a playthrough because i think it would be a fun watch with some of the stuff that happens
One answer to ads? Yo ho ho ho, it's the pirate's life for me!
thumbnail says " Q & Q " so , probably fix that before next month
Can we get a RAF museum video tour? Been forever since we had one of those
"Recently got a lot of work done on the dentist! And my god was it expensive for her!".... Jingles, did you fix your dentist?
For anyone that wishes to see the build of the FV 4005, it's on TH-cam. I'll not post the channel name without permission, you'll find it without too much difficulty. The gun on the tank is fully working, one problem, there isn't any ammo available!
